Shipping Policy

Graceful Years currently ships to Malaysia and the United States.

Orders normally require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Estimated delivery times vary by product, supplier location, destination, carrier, customs processing, and other conditions outside our control. Product-specific estimates shown before purchase take priority over general estimates in this policy.

Tracking information is provided when available. Tracking can take several days to update after a shipping confirmation is sent.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Malaysia currently has a free Standard shipping option. United States orders use the Standard shipping rate shown at checkout. Rates and free-shipping availability may change as products and supplier costs are updated.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins, and we are not responsible for loss or additional costs caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. Contact us if tracking shows no meaningful update for an extended period or if an order is marked delivered but cannot be located. We will review the available tracking information and help determine the next step.

Packages may arrive separately when an order contains products fulfilled by different suppliers.
